Yes, the program is suitable for all ages and body types. Furthermore, thanks to our methodology, you can change the intensity of the exercises as you move forward with the program.

Do I need any special equipment to follow the workout plan?

Not at all. This workout is designed so you can follow it from your home, garden, gym or wherever. You may want to use a yoga-mat or a towell in case you start sweating! (you will šŸ˜‰)

Shall I warm up before the training?

Yes, it is always recommended to perform a 2-3 minutes warm-up. Don't worry, this is also included inside the program!

How long is the average workout?

They are 23 minutes on average, although towards the thirsd month, some extend until 35 minutes.
